Job Description

Danfoss is seeking a hands-on, project focused MT Engineer. If you are an experienced professional ready to bring forward your ideas, then Danfoss gives you the freedom to do so.

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.

• Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following. Participate in and manage Change Control projects

• Make different TS / Quality document (PFMEA, PFC, CP, MSA, CPK, dummy and calibration setup) and keep them updated continously through the life time of the products RDE projects, Participate in and make production foundation new product projects.

• CAPEX, Run equipment investment projects (planning and management)

• Various production related projects/ foundation (according to Project milestones Problem solving, from customer complaint

• .Improve manufacturing process Quality, COPQ (internal (Scrap, Changes, Sorting etc.) & external) . Improve production related Cost , VC and OVC cost down activities Improve, Productivity- and work time study (Lay out, flow, cycle time and OEE Equipment support, Support to shop floor / production ( Bom (bill of materials), IT, Tools, Machine tools drawings, spare parts ordering and preventive maintenance plan)

• Supplier contact regarding technical issues (parts and machines) .Running TIP activities and follow up. 2. Problem solving, from costumer complain related to supply chain or from internal problem related to production process (Stop The Line)

• Secure that the process fulfill all safety and environmental standards

• Setup and maintain specification (SAP routings- SOP Participate in global gate keeper task and join relevant Global Gate keeper roles and tasks.

• Support and build network cross factories.

• At least 3+ years of related experience working in a manufacturing environment is required.

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering preferred and/or equivalent work experience.

• Able to be pro-active throughout the project process to deliver results and take ownership.

• Team player with the ability to cooperate on all levels of the organization (shop floor to management).
