Are you an enthusiastic and driven individual with a passion for sales and sustainability? Danfoss Drives invites you to be part of our Thailand team as a Senior Sales Engineer for the General Industry and Heavy Industry market. As a Senior Sales Engineer , you'll be a key player in our growth journey, focusing on Danfoss Power Electronics and Drives Segment (DPD). Examples of products are frequency converters, soft starters, servo systems and grid converters.

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.

• Direct responsible for General Industry and Heavy hotspots for project pipeline management.

• Managing sales in you assigned all stakeholder as (Partner/B2B) and Key Accounts (OEM) (End user) (SI) (Contractor) (Consultant).

• Direct Responsible to the sale target and develop the project pipeline for sustainable growth.

• Responsible for maintaining and cultivating customer relationships with emphasis on key decision makers.

• Maximize profitability utilizing value selling tools to develop for a strong order intake planning.

• Support asset management ensuring receivables are in accordance to agreed terms and conditions.

• Develop in-depth customer understanding identifying areas Danfoss can bring greatest value within the product portfolio as of a total business solution provider.

• Provide competitive insight to both the marketing and business excellence team.

• Develop and maintain Key Account Plan with an aggressive growth horizon based upon customer business needs and customer focused value propositions.

• Be able to cross segment sale to support customers as a one Danfoss’s team.

• Utilizing your commercial skills to promote Danfoss as a preferred partner in decarbonization and sustainable solutions.

The ideal candidate possesses these skills.

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or something similar combined with commercial experience in a technical environment. Those with MBA qualification will be advantage.

• 5+ years of Experience in the industrial sector with electrical drive technology, frequency converters electrification and or renewable energy will be a bonus.

• Motor controller experienced will be required.

• Knowledge of AC drives technology

• Has a good understanding of the drives market with a strong application knowledge.

• Strong business acumen and strategy deployment with presentation, communication and negotiation skills

• Experienced and skilled in channel and/or partner management.

• Fluent language skills in English.

• Collaborate with others in a matrix organization.

• Digital competencies, including familiarity with applications like SAP, Salesforce, and Power BI databases will be a bonus.
