Job Description

Danfoss offers a great opportunity to join our Climate Solutions marketing department in Grodzisk as Marketing Communications Trainee in the Eastern European Marcom Team to be part of the several projects under the framework of the marketing plan. We are looking for a colleague who will create and/or adapt content for B2B and B2C campaigns and marcom initiatives; support with the company events (webinars, trainings, customer meetings, anniversaries). You will closely cooperate with the Eastern European Marcom and Sales Teams.

You will report directly to Regional Marketing Director for East Europe Region.

Contract specifications: part time, flexible, 4 months with possibility of extending the collaboration .

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.

  • Support in the coordination of the editorial planning for Poland and Eastern European countries.

  • Use AI tools to create and localize contents for marketing automation and social media platforms.

  • Support participation of the Polish sales team in local events (trainings, webinars, and events for Danfoss customers).

  • Cooperation with the European Climate Solutions marketing team.

  • Cooperation with Global Marketing.

To be considered for the position we expect a student preferably in Marketing or Management with a communicative level of English language and knowledge of MS Office tools.

  • Interested in marketing communication with focus on digital marketing.

  • Self-driven and enthusiast.

  • Able to build and maintain relationships easily.

  • Details oriented and creative attitude.

  • Student in preferably at Masters, in Marketing, Public Relations, or Management.

  • Knowledge of German or French can be an advantage, but it is not a must.

  • Knowledge of MS Office tools.

  • Interest in the subject of marketing communication with special focus on the digital marketing.

  • Accuracy, commitment, and enthusiasm in action.
