To further enhance our customer support, Danfoss Climate Solutions is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager - Industrial Refrigeration.

This role will help expand our thriving Industrial Refrigeration business in the Finland and the Baltics.

You will be part of the strong North Europe Region’s Climate Solutions Applications Team and you will work closely with our technical support teams and sales teams in the region. We support work life balance, so you will have the option to work from home as and when it is needed and agreed.

Job Responsibilities

As the Sales Manager - Industrial Refrigeration, you will drive the growth and expansion of our Industrial Refrigeration businesses in Finland and the Baltics.

Serving as the primary connector and key contact between the business unit and the market, you will achieve key financial targets by developing sales and increasing market share.

You will implement mid-to-long-term growth strategies and collaborate across verticals, sales channels, and market segments.

Additionally, you will lead sales development for both new and existing clients, maintaining, and developing strong relationships with a focus on key decision-makers and influencers.

Background & Skills

The ideal candidate will possess experience in the Industrial Refrigeration industry or related fields dealing with Ammonia and CO2 applications.

They will demonstrate exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with a proactive, customer-focused approach. Fluency in English is essential.

This self-motivated, service-oriented individual will have a strong customer-centric mindset, and the ability to successfully implement strategic initiatives. Additionally, they will exhibit strong personal resilience, be a highly motivated team player, and possess a strong personal drive.
