Job Description
We are looking for a Program Manager who will be responsible for overseeing and managing various logistics programs within the organization. Your role involves strategic planning, coordination, and execution of logistics initiatives to optimize supply chain operations, improve efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements, manage resources, and ensure timely delivery of goods while adhering to quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Job Responsibilities
Develop and implement logistics strategies, policies, and procedures to optimize efficiency and align with organizational objectives.
Ensure delivery of Logistics MWB projects through collaboration with functional teams and Global Program Management.
Streamline warehouse layouts and operations for improved workflows and enhanced space utilization.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives to refine logistics processes, minimize costs, and elevate customer satisfaction.
Utilize data-driven approaches to analyze logistics performance and KPIs, identifying optimization opportunities and implementing improvement plans.
Proficiency in ISO14001, ISO45001, IATF16949 as well as experience in FMEA, process audit, PPAP, and Lean methodologies. Take charge of leading Quality Audits & Certifications.
Drive productivity Programs across Warehouse operations using the Danfoss Business Systems methodology
Monitor transportation costs and performance metrics, identifying avenues for improvement and optimization initiatives.
Lead EHS & Sustainability initiatives and projects in Logistics areas including Warehouse, Transportation and Packing.
Effectively manage Customer complaints through structured methods, quality tools and implement corrective actions to enhance customer experience.
