Har du lyst til at komme med på rejsen, og blive en del af en afdeling på 10, hvor 4 er studentermedarbejdere og de andre er fuldtidsansætte med baggrund som VVS teknikere eller maskinmestre
Hvis du brænder for tekniske problemstillinger og kan formidle løsninger klart og enkelt, kan du være vores nye interne tekniker inden for varmeautomatik.
Du vil arbejde tæt sammen med engagerede kolleger og have adgang til værktøjer og viden til at udvikle dig.
Vi lægger vægt på balance mellem arbejde og privatliv og tilbyder fleksibilitet med mulighed for at arbejde hjemmefra og onsite i Silkeborg.
Job Responsibilities
Supportere vores kunder med tekniske løsninger via telefon og mail
Fokus på produkterne Ally, Icon og solonoid valves.
Fejlfinding og problemløsning
Forestå tilbudsgivning og bestykning
Varetage reklamationsbehandling
Supportere vores sælgere og eksterne tekniker
Tilbage rapportering til produktionsenheder og udviklingsafdelinger.
Background & Skills
Du er i gang med en relevant teknisk uddannelse som f.eks. maskinmester, ingeniør eller lignende.
Du har det rette tekniske flair til at kunne forstå og rådgive vores kunder. Brænder for at lære nyt, Det er ikke afgørende at have dyb viden om vores produkter i forvejen — det skal vi nok lære dig.
Du skal have mulighed for at komme på kontoret i Silkeborg, og med tiden mulighed for at arbejde hjemmefra.
